DUMB question “how many floors are there in a storey building of 5 levels” the way he addressed me, repeating “are u still there” every 20 seconds when I asked him how I can help him, gave me impression of a kid having fun that doesn’t worth taking in serious.

He wanted to buy my car database for dimensions to help in a house sale! I never expected such USE of a car database!

This person contacted me (database seller) but NOT to buy a database from me, instead to sell me a database. When I asked for his contact info he closed chat. What kind of seller is this?

He reported an error but calls himself rude, I told him that is OK, nothing wrong, and he reply “Sorry to bother you then”

I think that some people get bored and have nothing to do with their time… otherwise I won’t explain why 1 person would contact me 4 times within 20 minutes asking me to sell him a property in Vietnam or Thailand, with a budget max $3000. We provide real estate services ONLY in Singapore!

I don’t know how he managed to land from Google in my World City Database page if he was actually looking for airports, I gave him link to Airports Database and he said that wants for FREE.

Why do you contact a SELLER if you cannot pay for his work? Good luck finding a website offering such database for free!

I don’t understand what this person wanted, wasting me 30 minutes in this pointless conversation… To prove that my article about North Korea IS NOT accurate (I already stated that may be not accurate) or that it IS accurate, or he is asking IF is accurate, or…?

RUDE gamer, he start a conversation with “fuck you”, closed it and started another pretending that is a different person, then swear me again because I associated it with the one who was swearing few minutes ago.

Customer asked me to give things for FREE of charge, I agreed to change price of a small Excel database from $1 to $0, and instead of downloading the free gift, he started swearing!

Childish attitude, someone ask dumb questions and unhappy of my answers, he start swearing. Then say that will find another person who sell… SELL WHAT? I’m doubt that he was buying anything. He closed chat and started another chat pretending that want to buy a property in Singapore, then to buy a car “to have sex in it”. It’s clearly he is just a stupid kid who do not realize that is wasting my time from serving real customers.

Someone asked which The Sims 4 expansion packs to buy, I don’t think that I am supposed to answer because this depends by each person preferences. After 16 hours I got a very similar question, I though that is same person and I answered without checking chat history to see that they were from different countries… she replied accusing me for being RUDE. Other people said SHE is the rude one, not me.

99% people live in 4-sided rooms, there are few HDB blocks numbered 444 with healthy and happy residents, and below you can see a chatlog with a very paranoid person that cancel flat booking just because he booked a BTO flat on 4th floor then heard from an idiot friend that number 4 means DEATH in Chinese superstition culture!

He said that my formula is “not correct” and when I asked him to give a correct formula, he didn’t replied anymore, 20 minutes later he quit chat and I feel sorry for not emailing him immediately, I was also busy with website redesign during 13 and 20 March, I hoped that he will come back by his own to continue conversation, 3 days later I sent follow up emails to 20 people that I talked with over last few months, asking him to come back to continue our conversation, but he said that made own database because lost a week waiting for me. I do not understand what he was waiting a week for?

Philip Ho gave me a list of suggestions / feedback to improve website (he was first person to do this). First complain was about lack of date when each page was posted (I don’t know why this is relevant?) but I added date posted, and he immediately blocked me. WTF?

I asked him if he wants to purchase a property and he said NO… but continued to talk and ask a lot of questions that I do not see their scope, wasting my time for no reason. It’s funny how the chat ended.

This person asked me to help him by giving blank images in certain resolutions, this was weird like a child prank because anyone can open Paint himself, set photo resolution and save blank image. Then he said that is working in a construction firm and need architectural services from me!

I made this website focusing primarily on housing information and architectural design services… and one day someone emailed me a DUMB question that have nothing to do with the services I offer. He asked if people use red curtains in their homes because saw red curtains at his brother online relationship with a woman, 3 months later he replied me again to say that woman was a SCAMMER.
