(5:41:30 PM) Teoalida (site owner): Hi there… may I know what are you looking for? If you need any help or just want to talk about what is on website, drop here a message!
(5:43:09 PM) Visitor: Hi, Thank you for the information you have shared. I have one question. Can a foreigner buy a property in North Korea. If not, is it expected that the government will give a permission to sell any time soon?
(5:43:32 PM) *** Teoalida has joined the chat ***
(5:43:49 PM) Teoalida: you cannot buy and for what reason a foreigner would want to buy here if he can’t reside here
(5:45:12 PM) Visitor: I was thinking to move to North Korea if by any chance government will lift the ban for foreigners, because it is a very beautiful and untouched country unlike many developed countries where you see only building and polluted air.
(5:46:05 PM) Teoalida: are you ready to live without internet connection and without monetary salary, but just with free home and few free gifts?
(5:46:15 PM) Visitor: yes
(5:46:28 PM) Teoalida: in this case you are one of the craziest persons I ever met
(5:49:53 PM) Visitor: I would rather live in a country which is clean, untouched and with proper rules(not with the “stupid law”). Where people are more kind and don’t kill for money or do the crime because of money. This developed World just became a chaos. People are lying, stealing, killing only to make a benefit. Many just trying to work to survive. The gap between rich and poor is unbelievable and it is getting worse. 1% has the money of 99%
(5:50:03 PM) Visitor: and so on…
(5:51:06 PM) Visitor: Sometimes you just want a simple life without internet, social media, without worrying about money and without all these dirty politics…
(5:51:44 PM) Teoalida: not really 1% and 99%
(5:52:04 PM) Teoalida: but in North Korea there is also huge inequality between Pyongyang and rural areas
(5:52:24 PM) Visitor: I know the Communist system is not perfect, but if the World would be one country this system would be better than the Capitalism
(5:52:55 PM) Teoalida: unless you are privilleged by government, you live in a village or small town with poor health conditions and starve to death
(5:53:26 PM) Teoalida: what is your living conditions now in Turkey? and how old are you?
(5:53:43 PM) Visitor: I don’t support North Korea’s politics and I hope there will be chances for the better in the near future and when the good changes happen, I want to move there
(5:54:47 PM) Visitor: I am 43 years old and my salary is very low. I hardly earn enough money for a month to survive
(5:54:48 PM) Teoalida: in the day of Kim-Trump summit in Singapore, over 300 people visited my website and some asked me if is possible to invest in North Korea… probably many businessmen would like to go there, but if you don’t go for business, hmm….
(5:55:53 PM) Visitor: Business is an option too, but I wouldn’t want to invest on something if I am not close to it or tested the environment before
(5:56:13 PM) Teoalida: and what job would you like to have?
(5:56:57 PM) Visitor: I would like to have a land and a house close to the lake. Probably have a small farm…
(5:57:25 PM) Visitor: Farming…
(6:00:31 PM) Teoalida: perhaps in Turkey you are also living in a village?
(6:01:32 PM) Visitor: No, I am living in a city. I am working as a security in a bank
(6:02:18 PM) Teoalida: And how is your house here?
(6:03:01 PM) Visitor: I don’t own a house. I rent an apartment and share it with my friend as the rents are high
(6:04:32 PM) Teoalida: but I guess that it have running water and gas? farmers in North Korea don’t have these, they may not even have power all day
(6:06:01 PM) Visitor: Yes, but the costs are very high that you always have to control how you are spending it. You always have to monitor how you are spending and worry whether you have enough money to cover it all

(6:19:41 PM) Teoalida: maybe you find other better places to live
(6:19:49 PM) Visitor: Thank you! I will
(6:21:28 PM) Visitor: I truly believe if the World would be one country, Communism would work better than Capitalism or I hope that the World would create a new system with mix of Capitalism, Socialism and Communism, because Capitalism as we have it now is not working for many
