In 2018 I created in Excel a table with colors and their RGB values, the job took about 4 hours, 48 hue levels and 16 lighting levels.
In 2019 I discovered how to make Scalable Vector Graphics for HTML pages and turned Excel into below table.
Useful for Photoshop or any other project that involve working with colors.
Use a screen at least 1280 pixels wide to view it correctly.
