What is wrong at this chat? (2018-09-08)

Can someone tell me if I did anything wrong?

I wonder if he came to purchase my products or just to test customer support response times. I answered his questions and he said “thanks for your help” then “are you sleepy?” and “there is no response” and rated chat BAD for “not responding in time” despite that did not asked any more questions that required my response.

I believe that a good customer service representative just need to answer customer questions, NOT to talk non-stop and possible distract him from studying products for sale.
